In some cases, a user may need to make changes to their account after an Adviser or Admin has created it for them. Changing a username or password is quick and easy. Take one minute to watch this video or follow the steps outlined below.
To update your account credentials, click the Profile icon.
Select the Profile button.
The Profile Settings window will appear. Make your changes and click Save.
Pictavo will verify if you want to commit to these Profile changes.
- To return to the Profile Settings window, click Cancel.
- To disregard all changes, select Discard.
- To approve the changes, click Accept.
When updating the email address associated with this account, you’ll be asked to log out after confirming the change, click Logout.
Press OK to finish.
